Suon Sokhon, aged 62, presently works as a farmer. Throughout the Khmer Rouge regime, his assigned tasks primarily involved laborious activities such as digging and producing fertilizers. His education was limited to grade 11, which was considered one of the lower levels of education at that time. The trauma he experienced during the regime has led to gaps in his memory regarding specific events. Additionally, he suffered the tragic loss of two siblings, who were enlisted to work in a factory but never returned.
