Only 2% who are relatively seemingly normal but the still with problems of aging process like arthritis, poor vision 6.1% have ptyregium in the sclera which need to have surgically removal. This due to constant exposure from the sun 7. This group needs to have frequent follow up because of increased risk of sudden death.
