Kong Boeun, aged 74, currently works as a farmer. During the Khmer Rouge regime, he was relocated from Trapaeng Cher Teal village to Bak Nim village. Financial constraints prevented him from pursuing education at the time. Tragically, he lost two of his grandchildren. His assigned duties involved plowing land and participating in dam construction. As an elder during that period, lacking education, he aspired to gain a deeper understanding of the country’s laws.
