Sen Mom, aged 55, currently engages in farming. During the Khmer Rouge regime, her assigned tasks included gathering rice and picking vegetables. Unlike many others, she was not burdened with heavy physical labor and was placed in the children’s unit. Adequate food was provided, and she worked only in the morning, allowing her to study in the afternoon. Her responsibilities encompassed lifting dirt, collecting cow dung, picking vegetables, gathering rice, and planting seeds.
